Robert pondering how brands and companies can better communicate with the customers who use their products.

While he isn’t putting masked business tycoons behind bars or solving jealousy-spurred murders, he is solving mysteries.

With a 13-inch Macbook, a notepad, and a supply of Pilot extra fine ballpoint pens, Robert unlocks customer secrets for companies in need.

Robert is a Massachusetts native living and working in San Francisco as an associate strategist at Godfrey Dadich Partners, a strategy, content, and design firm. He leverages insights mined from the digital landscape and primary research to craft content strategy for for enterprise and consumer brands.

Before moving to San Francisco, he combined his love for cultural exploration, consumer goods, and storytelling as a strategic planning apprentice at an advertising agency. He also wrote copy optimized for search and discoverability and managed content publishing calendars as an SEO copywriter, planned digital media campaigns, and wrote copy for ads on social media as a digital media intern.

When he’s not analyzing customer behaviors or writing copy, you can find Robert in the kitchen trying a new recipe he found on Instagram, reading product reviews on Amazon, or binge-watching a new TV show on Netflix.

Robert holds a master’s degree in advertising (copywriting, research, and strategy) from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in communication and English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
